Although we were associated with a single
insurance carrier for many years, we have
recognized that our clients, whether individuals
or businesses, have different insurance
objectives, risk tolerances, and financial
objectives. For this reason we have become
affiliated with many insurance carriers in an
effort to best match our clients insurance needs
with the best product at a competitive price.
While many of our clients have been with Hebert
Insurance Agency for over 20 years, we are also
addressing the needs of the changing populace,
as evidenced by our double-digit growth over the
past 5 years.
We service our clients in three
diverse areas: property/casualty, commercial,
medical. Each of these areas may have a unique
assortment of preferred carriers. Different
carriers also offer unique variations on the
basic insurance products, and as a result, many
potential policies are available for the client
to evaluate. Hebert Insurance Agency helps our
clients perform an assessment of the various
products, matching their goals and requirements
to the available offerings. |

Furthermore, a client's needs may change
from time to time, which is why we periodically
perform a risk assessment with our clients.
Prior to each renewal we actively address any
changes in the client's current portfolio and
changes in insurance needs in comparison to the
product offerings available on the market-place.
Thus, we ensure that our clients changing needs,

expansion, retirement planning, or changing
medical needs, are appropriately addressed with
insurance packages that manage their risk at a
competitive price.

Insurance Agency only associates with insurance
carriers who have earned an A rating by
AM Best. We
consistently evaluate carriers standings,
including financial rankings, standing with the
State Board of Insurance,
so our clients are offered the best service
possible by reputable companies.
To keep on top of all these changing entities, our
employees regularly receive on-going training and
continuing education. This professional advancement
occurs in a variety of ways: professional certification,
self-based study, professional training programs,
customer service refresher courses, carrier product
training, and in-house educational notices. We believe
this investment in our personnel is reimbursed many
times over by the industry and product knowledge they
provide to our clients. |
